Ostertag Concrete is seeking skilled and reliable Skid Loader Operators to support our concrete flatwork projects. As a skid loader operator, you will play a key role in preparing sites for concrete work, including basement floors, garage floors, stoops, patios, sidewalks, driveways, and more. Your precision and efficiency will contribute to the successful completion of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Operate skid loader equipment to prepare and grade sites for concrete flatwork projects.

• Remove debris, level surfaces, and ensure proper site readiness before concrete placement.

• Load, transport, and distribute materials such as gravel, dirt, and concrete as needed.

• Work closely with the crew to ensure site preparation aligns with project specifications.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

• Assist with other tasks, including setting forms and assisting in concrete pours, as required.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
